Проблема

A DAO portal becomes functional only when it is the **single recognized place** the community converges on for deliberation, indicative signalling, and on-chain voting. If governance attention is split across several roughly-equivalent UIs, none accumulates the participation, the comment history, or the institutional weight needed to be useful — every separate portal degrades into a half-empty mirror, and proposals end up being decided in side channels instead. Today there is no portal that holds that role. On-chain voting happens through CLI and a handful of read-only explorers; community signalling, threaded discussion, and translation live nowhere in particular. Without an explicit community decision to converge, the path of least resistance is for several maintainers to each build a small portal of their own — at which point the fragmentation problem is locked in. This proposal is the moment to choose convergence over fragmentation, while there is still only one working baseline to converge on. Anyone remains free to build alternative read-only views, explorers, and tooling around the same data; the request is only to designate **one** canonical place where deliberation and voting happen. ---
